Reflecting on a very challenging year
first the great Turkey vacation
second the across ocean move to Germany
third the your are no longer wanted
fourth the surprise you are now working for us
sixth the fresh start or something new yet to experience
seventh the so call desperation for stability
I could keep the list going but what will that do to our reflecting year; what happened has already happened.
We can just brag about it but nothing will change.
Life gives you plenty of surprises with drastic changes and you just don’t have any control over them.
Dear Imara, a hectic year for you and yours, and for me and mine as well. But I always like to think of the surprises that are not quite pleasant as blessings in disguise because... so often that's just what they are. Change is a good thing, though the process is so arduous and challenging. Still, it's good to be challenged. At the very least it makes us more flexible, right?
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely new year filled with beautiful surprises and smiles as you travel the road... and smiles also at the end of it!
Nevine
Thank you Nevine, just this year alone our life has been somewhat flexible and unstable. Therefore, we are wishing and hoping that this new year the change and the surprise we had may be just a blessing.
